Install and service residential and commercial garage doors, openers, and gutter systems across Arkansas.
- Install, repair and service garage doors, openers and gutter systems
- Diagnose issues on site and communicate options clearly to customers
- Keep the truck stocked, clean and job-ready
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude; door or gutter experience preferred
- Comfortable working at height and lifting 50+ lbs
Industrial Maintenance Technician
Perform construction and maintenance work in plants and industrial facilities alongside a self-performing crew.
- Perform mechanical installation, repair and preventative maintenance
- Work safely inside operating industrial facilities
- Support shutdowns, turnarounds and capital projects
- 2+ years industrial or plant maintenance experience
- Ability to pass site safety and background requirements
- Willing to travel for project work
Municipal Construction Crew Member
Build and maintain water, sewer and public infrastructure for Arkansas cities and utility districts.
- Install and repair water, sewer and storm infrastructure
- Operate equipment and support excavation crews
- Follow traffic control and trench safety procedures
- Valid driver license; CDL a plus
- Utility or heavy civil experience preferred
- Able to work outdoors in all conditions
Residential Construction Carpenter
Frame, finish and renovate residential properties for our property management division.
- Frame, trim and finish residential builds and renovations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and keep sites clean
- Deliver punch-list quality work on schedule
- 3+ years residential carpentry experience
- Own hand tools and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to finish quality
Licensed Plumber
Handle service, repair and new-construction plumbing for residential, commercial and industrial customers.
- Diagnose, repair and install plumbing systems
- Perform service calls and new-construction rough-in
- Document work and communicate with customers
- Arkansas journeyman or master plumber license (apprentices considered)
- Valid driver license
- On-call rotation availability
HVAC Service Technician
Install and service residential and commercial heating and cooling systems.
- Install, service and troubleshoot HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance agreements
- Recommend repairs and replacements to customers
- EPA 608 certification
- 2+ years HVAC service experience
- Valid driver license and clean driving record
Electrician
Perform commercial, industrial and residential electrical installation and service work.
- Install and troubleshoot electrical systems, panels and controls
- Read prints and follow NEC and site standards
- Support service calls and project work
- Arkansas journeyman electrician license (apprentices considered)
- Valid driver license
- Ability to work in industrial environments
Machinist / Hydraulic Technician
Machine parts and rebuild hydraulic cylinders, pumps and power units in the shop and in the field.
- Set up and run manual and CNC machines to print
- Disassemble, inspect and rebuild hydraulic components
- Perform field service on hydraulic systems
- Machining or hydraulic repair experience
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision instruments
- Valid driver license
Heavy Equipment Operator
Operate dozers, excavators and skid steers for clearing, grading and site development work.
- Operate heavy equipment for clearing, grading and excavation
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work safely around ground crews and utilities
- 2+ years heavy equipment operating experience
- Valid driver license; CDL a plus
- Willingness to travel to job sites statewide
